QUESTION:1. Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do you rate your A-physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Why?A-Physical well being, an 9. –
ANSWER: Through this Health and Wellness program, I have learned how to ignite my self confidence, and to strengthen my will power. By learning to eat foods that empower and provide proper nutrition vs. eating foods that are tasty, but offer minimal nutritional value. I love my BODY! However, there is room for improvement. I am a firm believer that if you can control your mind and will power you will be able to overcome any obstacles that prevent you from staying on course.
GOAL: It is important for me to obtain a BMI of 25 by March, 2011. At the present moment my BMI is 29.9. Therefore, I must continue to eat proper nutrition, adhere to the recommended daily allowance of fruits, vegetables, integrate a balanced diet, eliminate carbohydrates, exercise daily and obtain the adequate amount of daily sleep

B-Spiritual well being: a 10 – I fully recognize that I am a spiritual being in a human body and am spiritually guided, through meditation, chanting, yoga, and fully realized mind body and spirit lifestyle.
Goal: fully integrate my professional work 100% as a spiritual practice and not as a job that I must do to obtain a paycheck.
C-Psychological well-being: 8 – I teeter on the work that I do and the work and my divine purpose.
Goal: Become to learn that patience is a virtue, and that I am confident that I will one day soon do the work that I was put on this earth to do, and that it is to create a healing environment where I can full transform the lives of others through integrative health programs. The vision: To heal, sustain health and live a loving flourishing life. So be IT!

3. “To become the change that I want to be and see in the world”. To begin to deeply integrate, peace and harmony which will facilitate a wonderful healing paradigm into my life. I recognized this past weekend that this was the piece of the puzzle that was missing in my life and the life I share with others.
AHHHHHAH! What a sigh of relief and so the healing begins.

4. Complete the relaxation exercise The Crime of the Century. To hear this exercise. Describe your experience. (What it beneficial? Frustrating? etc.)

4. The relaxation was very rejuvenating. The journey through the chakra’s were enlightening. The color scheme of the 7 chakras: Muladhara, Cervix, Swadhistana/Base of the Spine; Manipura/Navel;Anahata/Heart; Vishuddi/Throat; Anja/Brow; complimented the colors of the rainbow. When I relax and feel peaceful, I can hear and feel beyond the normal range of listening. I become energized and extremely creative open and receptive to new ideas doing ordinary tasks in an extraordinary fashion.
